I am a paediatric nurse working within the Community Children’s Nursing Service in Newham. As a practice development facilitator I am used to supporting people through changes in practice and developments. I am really looking forward to meeting all the projects I will be coaching within Children’s Services. I only work part time (Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays) so will be offering half a day per week to coaching, this is likely to be on a Wednesday morning but I am happy to be flexible to meet the needs of the projects. I am based on the Barking Road in Newham so quite central and easy to get to. Again I am flexible to travel but it would suit me better because of time constraints if people could come to me.
