Erasmo Tacconelli
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Head of Secondary Care Psychological Services in Newham. I manage psychological staff across the acute-community care pathway which spans multiple settings across the borough. I have also led the development of a successful Trust-wide QI initiative for doctoral trainee clinical psychologists who conduct Service Related Research Projects as part of their training placements. I really value QI in ELFT and how it can help us all work together to become increasingly effective with developing services and meeting diverse Service User needs despite limited resources. I am flexible regarding when I support projects in my coaching role and I look forward to connecting with diverse teams to facilitate how they are meeting the challenges ahead with QI opportunities.

- Teach and explain use of QI tools and methods
- Attend supervision with QI lead
